About GRIN

Under normal circumstances, the Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets in securities in the Victory International Free Cash Flow Growth Index (the Index). VettaFi LLC (the Index Provider) constructs the Index in accordance with a rules-based methodology that screens for positive free cash flow and selects 100 growth companies with the highest score (each as described below) within the VettaFi Developed Market Ex US Index (the Parent Index). The fund seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Victory International Growth Free Cash Flow Index.
