TSX:HEQT (Global X All-Equity Asset Allocation ETF)

In order to achieve its investment objective, the ETF primarily invests in exchange traded funds that provide exposure to a globally diversified portfolio of equity securities. The Manager seeks to maintain a long-term strategic asset allocation of approximately 100 percent equity securities (under normal market conditions). The portfolio asset mix may be reconstituted and rebalanced from time to time at the sole discretion of the Manager. The ETF seeks to provide longterm capital growth, primarily by investing in exchange traded funds that provide exposure to a globally diversified portfolio of equity securities.
