On April 23, 2019, The Motley Fool Canada published two articles on www.fool.ca regarding Village Farms International Inc. Those articles contained errors and did not meet our editorial standards. They have been removed from the site. These articles improperly stated that Avtar Dhollon is a member of the Board of Directors for Village Farms, that he advised them as a “long-time stock promoter with a penchant for shirking SEC regulations” and that since 2014 there has been “a mass exodus of company insiders.”
