TSX:BKCC (Horizons Enhanced Income Financials ETF)

To achieve its investment objective, BKCC invests in an equal weighted portfolio of Canadian companies in accordance with their respective investment objectives, which may include ETFs that provide exposure to such companies. Semi-annually, on the Constituent Reset Date, the Investment Manager will, based on the applicable reference index for BKCC, identify the largest and most liquid Canadian issuers listed on the TSX in its sectors and will invest BKCCs portfolios in each issuer. BKCC will rebalance, on an equal weight basis, the portfolio of constituent securities on each Constituent Reset Date. BKCC seeks to provide, to the extent possible and net of expenses exposure to the performance of an index of equal weighted equity securities of diversified Canadian banks currently, the Solactive Equal Weight Canada Banks Index, and monthly distributions of dividend and call option income.
