The ETF's investment objective is to provide holders of Units (the Unitholders) exposure to bitcoin through an institutional-quality fund platform. The investment objectives of the ETF may not be changed except with the approval of its Unitholders. To achieve its investment objective, the ETF will invest directly in bitcoin and will utilize high-quality service providers in the digital assets sector (e.g.
