Mullen Group Ltd. is a Canada-based logistics provider. The Company¿s segments include Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Logistics & Warehousing, Specialized & Industrial Services, and U.S. & International Logistics. The LTL segment provides final or last mile delivery of general freight consisting of smaller shipments, packages, and parcels. The Logistics & Warehousing segment provides shippers throughout North America with a range of trucking and logistics service offerings, including full truckload, specialized transportation, warehousing, fulfilment center¿s that handle e-commerce transactions, and bulk shipments. The Specialized & Industrial Services segment provides equipment and services to the oil and natural gas, environmental, construction, pipeline, utility, telecom, and civil industries. The U.S. & International Logistics segment provides third-party logistics services focused on freight brokerage across multiple modes of transportation. It also offers general oilfield hauling.
