Top TSX Stocks

The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) is Canada’s primary exchange for investors to trade stocks from Canada’s top companies. Like other stock exchanges, the TSX brings together corporations, governments, and individual investors to create a healthy trading environment that operates in a fair and orderly manner. 

The TSX is the third largest stock exchange in North America and the ninth largest in the world (by the market cap of its shares). But 2025 proved that size isn’t everything—sometimes it’s about being in the right place at the right time with the right mix of assets.

In a year that will be remembered as a turning point for global markets, Canada’s TSX delivered a stunning reality check to investors who had grown comfortable betting exclusively on U.S. markets.
